CusZoom will replace any defected parts, we stand behind our product 100% and pride ourselfs in 100% customer satisfaction.
Return Policies:
* For In Stock pool tables the warranty is still valid, we replace any defective parts or damaged parts due to shipping. If a
cancellation does occur there is a 15% restocking fee that will be charged for both In Stock and Custom Orders.

Repairs or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product.
* A decision to repair or replace a defective part shall be at the sole discretion of CusZoom Pool Tables.
* Custom products cannot be refunded due to the fact that the product is specifically manufactured to your specifications and
cannot be sold to another party.
* We will replace any defective part, photos of the damages must be reported to CusZoom at the time of delivery, please inspect
your order prior to
installing your table.
* There are no returns or replacement of any parts if your table is not installed by a professional certified installer.
* CusZoom is not reponsible for any shipping cost that are incurred if you refuse to accept your order.
* There will be no financial compensation of any kind for custom products only; all damaged or defective parts will be replaced.
