CusZoom will replace any defected parts, we stand behind our product 100% and pride ourselfs in 100% customer satisfaction.


Return Policies:

* For In Stock pool tables the warranty is still valid, we replace any defective parts or damaged parts due to shipping. If a cancellation does occur there is a 15% restocking fee that will be charged for both In Stock and Custom Orders.

* Repairs or replacement of any defective parts shall constitute complete fulfillment of all obligations with respect to the Product.

* A decision to repair or replace a defective part shall be at the sole discretion of CusZoom Pool Tables.

* Custom products cannot be refunded due to the fact that the product is specifically manufactured to your specifications and

cannot be sold to another party.

* We will replace any defective part, photos of the damages must be reported to CusZoom at the time of delivery, please inspect

your order prior to installing your table.

* There are no returns or replacement of any parts if your table is not installed by a professional certified installer.

* CusZoom is not reponsible for any shipping cost that are incurred if you refuse to accept your order.

* There will be no financial compensation of any kind for custom products only; all damaged or defective parts will be replaced.
